Projects

Things I've built, big and small.

Trials of eggnar

Browser-based co-op boss rusher for up to 8 players. Seven classes with their own spellbooks, four bosses whose telegraphed mechanics force real positioning and teamwork, plus loot and class relics you build across attempts. The server is authoritative over all combat and movement, with the client predicting and reconciling continuously.

In time

Application for garmin Forerunner watches. It displays when the next metro will leave sundbyberg towards kungsträdgården and from T-central towards sundbyberg centrum. A small project in order to learn how to make applications on a garmin watch and still being useful for me in my daily commute to work.

Boknar

A reading log and book diary. Search books, rate them 1 to 10, track want to read / currently reading / read, record whether you read or listened, and save favourite quotes. Then follow other readers through a feed with likes and comments. Book data is pulled from an external API and cached in its own database.

Realm of eggnar - (current main project)

First-person medieval survival sandbox in the spirit of Haven & Hearth. Fell trees, craft tools, build homes and claim land on a generated island where everything players make is saved. Combat is slow and weighty, with stamina, blocks, parries and ballistic arrows, and wolves that telegraph their bites. The server is authoritative at 30 Hz, and the client predicts with the same shared movement code and reconciles continuously.
